PROCLAMATION.
By His Excellency Lieutenant-Colonel ROBERT HENRY WYNYARD, Companion of the most Honourable Order of the Bath, Lieutenant-Governor of the Province of New Ulster, &c., &c., &c.
I, the Lieutenant-Governor of the Province of New Ulster, 10 hereby proclaim that at eleven o'clock, A.M., on TUESDAY, the 11th day of January, 1853, the Colonial Treasurer will put up to Auction, at Auckland, the undermentioned allotments of Land, hereby declared to be within the limits of Settlement.
Immediate payment in cash to be an indispensable condition of Sale.
