IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.
In the Estates of Alexander Hamilton, of Auckland, deceased intestate; WILLIAM FURTELL, of Onehunga, deceased intestate; and STUART MCMULLEN, of Tauranga, deceased intestate.
PURSUANT to the Rule of this Honorable Court, the Creditors of the abovenamed intestates are, on or before the twenty-eighth day of September next, to come in and prove their Debts before Thomas Outhwaite, Esq., Registrar of the said Court, at his Office, in the Court House, Queen-street, Auckland, or, in default thereof, they will be peremptorily excluded from all benefit arising from the said Estates.

I PUBLICLY NOTIFY that the undernamed person having applied for a Defined Run, under the new Regulations, the description of the Run claimed now lies at this Office, for the inspection of all concerned.

IMPOUNDED, by the Ranger of the Hundreds of Auckland and Onehunga, in the Public Pound, at Hobson's Bridge, for running on the Waste Lands of the Crown in the Onehunga Hundred, "Trespassing :"—One Red Heifer, white in face, left ear slit, no brand legible, age about two years; one Red Steer, white in face, no legible brand, age about nine months; one Yellow and White or Strawberry Heifer, piece cut off right ear, no legible brand, age about one year; one White Heifer, no legible brand, age about six months. Owners unknown.
If the above cattle are not claimed, they will be sold at the Pound on the 24th day of July, 1852, at noon.
