TENDERS will be received at this Office
until noon on WEDNESDAY, the 7th
July, for laying a STONE CULVERT for
a portion of the Queen-street Drain, near the
Gaol.
Specifications of the work to be done can be
seen, and further particulars obtained, by
applying to the Deputy Surveyor General, at
the Survey Office.

TENDERS FOR CONSTRUCTING FOOT-
PATHS.

Colonial Secretary's Office, Auckland,

NO TENDERS having been received for
the formation of certain Footpaths in the
Western portion of the Town of Auckland, it
is hereby notified that the time for receiving
such Tenders is extended to WEDNESDAY, the
7th July next.
Specifications of the work can be seen, and
other information obtained, by applying to
the Deputy Surveyor General, at the Survey
Office.

NOTICE.

Colonial Secretary's Office, Auckland,
29th June, 1852.

IN consequence of a deviation from the pre-
scribed form of compiling the Agricultural
Return for the District of Auckland, the
quantity of land fenced was erroneously
stated in the Abstract Return published in the
Government Gazette of the 8th instant. His
Excellency the LIEUTENANT - GOVERNOR has
therefore directed that the Abstract alluded to
be cancelled, and that the following be published
in its place.
