GENERAL ANNUAL LICENSING MEETING.

Auckland, March 5th, 1851.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual Licensing Meeting of the Justices of the Peace, for the Town and District of Auckland, will be held at the Resident Magistrate’s Court at Auckland, on TUESDAY, the fifteenth day of April, 1851, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of taking into consideration applications for licenses to sell Spirituous Liquors, Wine, Ale, or Beer.

HUNDRED OF ONEHUNGA.

At a Meeting held the 19th February, 1851, by the Wardens of Onehunga, it was resolved—

  1. That the Regulations issued for the Depasturing of Stock in the Hundred of Onehunga, for the year 1850, be continued until further notice, according to the provisions of the Crown Lands Ordinance.

  2. That all Holders of Licenses for the year 1851 shall make Returns of Stock, distinguishing kinds, as per former regulations, on or before the last day of March proximo.
