Each Tender to be in duplicate, sealed, and endorsed, and accompanied by a sample of the articles tendered for, with the price noted on each.

NOTICE.
THE Wardens of the Auckland Hundred having brought under the notice of the Resident Magistrate, the necessity of fixing the hours for Slaughtering Cattle, at the present Public Slaughter-houses; the Resident Magistrate requests a General Meeting of Magistrates for the District, to be held at the Resident Magistrate’s Court, Auckland, on Tuesday, the twenty-fifth day of March, 1851, at 12 o’clock, noon, to take the matter into consideration.
