an assessment be payable to the Wardens of the Hundred, at the time of registering the brands thereof, of one penny per head, and on all small cattle to be depastured in like manner an assessment of sixpence per score.

7.—That the stock of unlicensed persons found depasturing on any part of the Waste lands aforesaid, or on any unenclosed lands of the Hundred, thrown in by private persons into the Hundred, shall be impounded and pay the usual pound fees and charges of such pound wherein they are impounded, together with such other fine as they are liable to according to the clause 37, of the Crown Lands’ Ordinance, No. 1, Session 10, dated August 23, 1849.

8.—Any person lawfully holding a depasturing license, and who shall have complied with the notices, rules, and regulations made, or to be made, from time to time by the Wardens of the Hundred of Onehunga, may impound any unauthorised Stock found by him or them unlawfully on any part of the Waste lands aforesaid.
