That all monies received under the Provisions of the Ordinance be paid forthwith into the Union Bank of Australia, Auckland, to the credit of the Wardens, and no sums withdrawn except upon the signature of two of the Wardens at least.

The Wardens hereby intimate that under the Bye Laws, shortly to be published, all cattle will be required to be branded and numbered under certain Penalties.

A Ranger will be appointed to carry out the provisions of the Ordinance.
