NOTICE
NOTICE is hereby given that a Stone Cellar in Lower Queen Street, the property of Mr. J. Salmon, has been approved, and appointed under the 34th Section of the Customs’ Ordinance, 4 Vict., No. 3, for the reception of Goods under Bond at this Port.

TENDERS will be received at this Office, until noon on Monday, the 25th instant, from persons desirous to contract for the Printing, from and after the 1st of April next, of the New Zealand Government Gazette, Proceedings of Council, Forms, &c.
The specifications of work to be done, and the terms of Contract, may be seen on application at this Office.

THE subjoined Regulations respecting the apportionment of Pasturage upon Crown Lands, in the Hundreds of Panmure and Auckland respectively, having been duly received by me from the Wardens of those Hundreds, are now, in conformity with the 30th clause of the Crown Lands’ Ordinance, No. 1, Session 10, published for general information.

MEETING OF WARDENS OF THE PANMURE HUNDRED.
Present:
His Lordship the Bishop of New Zealand,
John Gray, Esq., J.P., and
Mr. James Creamy.
Proposed by his Lordship, the Bishop of New Zealand, that Major Gray be requested to act as Secretary and Treasurer.
Read “Crown Lands’ Ordinance,” Session 10, No. 1.
Read lists of Holders of Depasturing Licenses within the Hundred of Panmure, and a Return of Land occupied by them under Crown Grant.
Read a Return of Crown Lands in the Hundred of Panmure, reported as amounting to 1697 acres, of which there are in the Western Division 1,367 acres, and in the Eastern Division 330 acres.
Compared the above lists and returns with those of last year. It appears that the number of Depasturing Licenses for the current year is 38, which are held by owners or occupiers of land.
