GAOL AND LOCK-UP RATIONS.
Colonial Secretary’s Office,
Auckland, June 11th, 1849.
TENDERS in duplicate will be received at this office until noon on Monday, 25th inst., from parties who may be willing to enter into a contract for the Colonial Service at Auckland, to furnish supplies of Provisions and other Necessaries to the undermentioned departments, during the ensuing six months, commencing 1st July.
Gaol—Auckland.
Ration No. 1, at per Ration.
" No. 2, "
" No. 3, "
Police Lock-up, Auckland.
At per ration.
Information respecting the established rations for the several departments may be obtained at this office.
Security will be required for the due performance of the contract, and the Tenders should be accompanied by a notification of the consent of the parties who may be proposed as Sureties.
Tenders to be sealed, and endorsed “Tender for Rations.”

PROVISIONS.

TENDERS in duplicate will be received at this office until noon on Monday, 25th inst., from parties who may be willing to enter into a contract to furnish supplies of the following articles for the service of the Government at Auckland, during the six months commencing 1st July, 1849.
- Biscuit and Flour, at per 100 lbs.
- Fresh Pork .................. at per lb.
- Salt Pork .................. at per lb.
- Salt Beef ................... at per lb.
- Suet ....................... at per lb.
- Sugar ...................... at per lb.
- Tea ........................ at per lb.
- Raisins .................... at per lb.
- Potatoes ................... at per lb.
- Rice ....................... at per lb.
- Coffee ..................... at per lb.
- Pease ...................... at per bushel
- Vinegar .................... at per gallon
- Oil ........................ at per gallon
- Cotton Wick ............... at per lb.
Information respecting the terms of payment, and other particulars, may be had on application at this office, where also forms of Tender may be obtained.

PAINTING, GLAZING, & PLUMBERS’ WORK.

TENDERS in duplicate will be received at this office, until noon on Monday, 25th inst., from persons who may be desirous to enter into a contract to perform, for the ensuing six months, commencing 1st July next, the Painters’ Plumbers’ and Glaziers’ Work required by this Government.
Information respecting the terms of payment, and other particulars, may be had on application to the Superintendent of Public Works, from whom also forms of Tender may be obtained.
Security will be required for the due performance of the Contract, and the Tenders should be accompanied by a notification of the consent of the parties who may be proposed as Sureties.
Tenders to be sealed, and endorsed “Tender for Painting, &c.”

SMITHS’ WORK.
Colonial Secretary’s Office,
Auckland, June 11, 1849.
TENDERS in duplicate will be received at this Office, until noon on Monday, 25th inst., from parties desirous of contracting for the performance of Smiths’ Work for the service of this Government, for the ensuing six months commencing 1st July next.
Information respecting the probable description of work which will be required, and the terms of delivery and payment, may be obtained on application to the Superintendent of Public Works, from whom Forms of Tender may be obtained.
Security will be required for the due performance of the Contract, and the Tenders should be accompanied by a notification of the consent of the parties who may be proposed as Sureties.
Tenders to be sealed, and endorsed “Tender for Smiths’ Work.”
