1000 acres. One thousand acres of land commencing at a place called Maungatahi, on the river Manukau, running thence through Waihouhai to Te Pukepukē, to a stake erected by the chiefs, striking thence in a straight line to a place called Whakarau, and thence to Ohiwairoa, on the Manukau river, being bounded on one side by the aforesaid river.
Consideration—Cutter "Oripia."

600 acres. Six hundred acres of land, situated in the district of Wahu, bounded on the east by government land, on the south by Manukau harbour, on the north and west by native lands.

600 acres. Six hundred acres of land, situated at Manukau, commencing at the creek Otetore, from thence to Titirangi, from thence along the Auckland road to a stake, thence to a stake bearing east by north, thence to the creek Otorou, and thence along the Manukau coast to the starting point.
Alleged to have been purchased from the native chief Keene.
Consideration—£15 cash.

900 acres. Nine hundred acres of land, situated near Titirangi, bounded on the east by a line from a stake in the Auckland road to the Mangurewa creek, on the south by land in possession of Mr. W. Porter, called Oripia, on the west by a line from One Where Whero, to the Wairoa creek, and on the north by land proposed to be purchased in favor of Mr. Porter.
