ABSTRACT of all CASES, disposed of at the RESIDENT MAGISTRATE’S COURT at AUCKLAND, from its commencement in November, 1846, to the 13th December, 1847, showing the numbers respectively of those in which the parties were Maories and Europeans, Maories only, and Europeans only; distinguishing between the CRIMINAL and CIVIL cases; specifying in the former, the various offences complained of, their numbers, together with the number of Convictions, and Dismissals for each description of offence; and, in the latter, showing the number of Verdicts obtained by the Complainants and Defendants respectively.
