NOTICE is hereby given, that a sitting of the Supreme Court for the despatch of Criminal Business, will be held at the Court House, Auckland, on Wednesday, the first day of March next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon; and that a sitting for the despatch of Civil Business will be held at the Court House, on Tuesday, the seventh day of March next, at the hour of ten o'clock in the forenoon, at which time and place all persons under recognizances to appear either as Prosecutors, Defendants, or Witnesses, are required to give their attendance.
