In the Estate of John Bickley, of
Lyttelton, deceased, Intestate.
PURSUANT to the Rule of this
Honorable Court, the Creditors of
the above named deceased are, on before
the fourth day of June next, to come in
and prove their debts before Edward
Wright, Esquire, Deputy Registrar of
the said Court, at Lyttelton, or in default
thereof they will be peremptorily excluded
from all benefit arising from the said
Estate.

Office on or before Wednesday, the
24th instant, from persons desirous of

three logs of Iron Bark Timber now
lying in Evans’ Bay to Te Aro Beach.
Tenders to be in Duplicate, sealed
and endorsed “Tenders for removal of
Timber.”
