FOR SHEEP AND CATTLE RUNS ON CROWN LANDS, SEPTEMBER 14, 1852.

32 Samuel Hodgkinson August 21, 1851 Between the Pahau and Wai-au Ua Rivers. Northward the Wai-au Ua River; eastward by a line drawn from the Pahau River in a direction about north east to the Wai-au Ua; southward by the Pahau River; westward by the high range of hills which bound the plain on that side.
33 Alfred Domett February 4, 1852 On the Wai-au Ua River. Northward a line from the Tuahuka to the Waiau at such a distance above the confluence as shall give 22,000 acres; eastward by the Leader or Tuahuka; southward the main branch of the Wai-au Ua; westward the main branch of the Wai-au Ua.
34 Sir W. Congreve, Bart. March 1, 1852 On and about a mountain called Kairuru. Northward the Clarence River; eastward by the sea; southward by an imaginary line extending from the sea in Half Moon Bay to the base of Mount Tapuaenuku; westward Tapuaenuku.
35 Edward J. Lee May 8, 1852 North of the River Wai-au Ua. Northward the River Henmer and an east and west line between the Henmer and Mason River; eastward the River Mason; southward the Waiau; westward the Waiau.
36 Edward Jollie May 3, 1852 North bank of the River Wai-au Ua. Northward an east and west line between the Leader or Tuahuka and Mason Rivers; eastward the Tuahuka River; southward the Waiau River; westward the River Mason.
37 E. H. Dashwood May 28, 1852 Between the Wai-au Ua and Hurunui Rivers. Northward the Hahansua River; southward by a line drawn from the hills on the west of the Waiau plain to the hills on the east of the plain halfway between the two Rivers; eastward and westward by the hills on each side of the plain.
38 E. H. Dashwood May 28, 1853 Between the Wai-au Ua and Hurunui Rivers. Northward by a line drawn from the hills on the west of the Waiau plain to the hills on the east of the Waiau plain, halfway between the two Rivers; southward a branch of the Hurunui River; eastward and westward by the hills on each side of the Waiau plain.
39 David Innes June 12, 1852 Near Timaru. Northward north branch of the Carew River; eastward the point where the different branches of the Carew form into one main stream; southward the south branch of the Carew, being Rhodes' boundary line; westward the back or high ranges of mountains.
40 Wm. H. Harris June 12, 1852 Near Timaru. Northward the River Waihao; eastward the sea; southward ten miles south of the Waihao; westward the back range of mountains.
41 Alphonso Clifford July 7, 1852 Hurunui. Extending about twelve miles west from Mr. Caverhill's boundary line, including the pasture land between the Hurunui and the Wai-au Ua Rivers.

N.B. If an Applicant for any of the above Runs finds that he has interfered with one already advertised, or that the application made for it bears a date prior to his own, he must not attempt to gain possession of any part of the run, but should apply to the Commissioner for another.
