NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That the following Bush Licences are now lying at the Office of the Colonial Treasurer, and will be delivered upon payment of the prescribed Fees:—

Thomas Scott, Rangitikei,
John Ward M’Kain, Foxtown Road,
James D. M’Kain, Ahuriri,
James Collins, Mungaroa,
Hugh Morison, Wairarapa.

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.
In the Estate of Frederick William Plank, Master Mariner, Deceased, Intestate.
PURSUANT TO THE RULE of this Honorable Court, the Creditors of the above named deceased are, on or before the Twenty-third day of November next, to come in and prove their debts before Robert Rodger Strang, Esquire, Registrar of the said Court, Wellington, or in default thereof they will be perpetually excluded from all benefit arising from the said estate.
