ESTIMATES 1851—52.

Wellington, 22nd August, 1851.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-IN-CHIEF directs it to be notified, that the Estimates of Expenditure for the Province of New Munster for 1851-52, passed during the late Session of the Legislative Council of the New Zealand Islands, are to have effect from the 1st instant.

NOTICE.

TOWN ROADS AND STREETS,
WELLINGTON.

ALL Claims to the Right of Voting for the Election of Commissioners for the Year 1851-52, under the Town Roads and Streets Ordinance of the Legislative Council of the Province of New Munster, Session I, No. 7, intituled, “An Ordinance to authorize the Levying and Collecting of Rates for the Making and Repairing of Roads, Streets, &c., &c., in any Town in the Province of New Munster,” must be sent in to the Resident Magistrate on or before the first day of September, 1851, and in the form following :—

“To HENRY ST. HILL, Esquire,
Resident Magistrate, Wellington.

“I hereby give you notice that I claim to have my name put upon the Roll of Electors to vote for Commissioners for the Town of Wellington. Dated the ___ day of 1851.

{ Place of abode and
{ business of claimant.

All claims not so sent in will be disallowed.
