Mr. David Lewis,
to be Clerk in the Commissioner of Crown Lands office at Wellington.
The appointment to bear date the 4th July last.

has been appointed Poundkeeper, at the Wairau, Nelson District, in the room of Mr. William Robinson, who has removed from that locality.

A BRICK STORE situated in Manners-street, Te Aro, the property of Messrs. Bethune & Hunter, merchants, has been approved for the free warehousing and securing of goods for duties under bond, in terms of the Ordinance of the Governor and Council of New Zealand, No. 3, of 4th Victoria, section 34.
