And whereas it has been found expedient to alter the limits within which the aforesaid Ordinance shall be in operation:

Now therefore, I, the Governor of the Province of New Munster, in pursuance of the powers by the aforesaid Ordinance in me vested, do hereby declare that so much of the Proclamation hereinbefore mentioned as relates to the extension of the provisions of the aforesaid Ordinance to the valleys of the Upper and Lower Hutt ishereby revoked.

Given under my hand, and issued under the Public Seal of the Province of New Munster, in the Islands of New Zealand, at Government House, at Wellington, this fifth day of June, in the year of Our Lord One thousand eight hundred and fifty-one.

to be Inspector of Sheep and Slaughter Houses for the District of Lyttelton, and a distance of Three Miles in every direction around that Town.

The appointment to bear date the 9th May last.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Partnership heretofore carried on by John Fowler and William Plowman at Wellington, as Licensed Victuallers, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent, and in future the business will be carried on by the said John Fowler on his separate account, who will pay and receive all Debts due and owing to and from the said Partnership in the regular course of trade.
