NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the undermentioned gentlemen, resident in the Province of New Munster, have duly qualified as Medical Practitioners under the Ordinance of the Provincial Council, passed on the 18th day of May, 1849, entitled "An Ordinance to define the qualifications, and to provide for the remuneration in certain cases of Medical Practitioners," Session 1. No. 2.

SUPREME COURT.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a sitting of the Supreme Court for the despatch of Criminal business will be holden at the Court House, Wellington, on Monday the 2nd day of December next, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, at which place and time all persons under recognizances to appear either as prosecutors, defendants, or witnesses, are required to give their attendance.

1 case Cigars, 96¼lb: warehoused by R. Waitt, 20th October, 1847, ex Lady Mary Pelham, @ Launceston.

1 pipe Arrack, 108 gallons: warehoused by W. M. Bannatyne, 22nd November, 1847, ex Bee, @ Sydney.
