CUSTOMS SALE.
THE FOLLOWING GOODS will be sold for Duty and Warehouse Rent at 12 o’clock at noon, on Monday the 1st July, 1850, at the respective Bonded Warehouses, unless cleared for Home Consumption, or Exportation, previously to the above date.

10 Boxes and 2 cases Cigars, 67½ lbs., Warehoused by J. Smith & Co., 19th June, 1845, ex Falco, from Boston.
1 Keg Manufactured Tobacco, 161 lbs., Warehoused by J. Smith & Co., 11th April, 1846, ex Kestrel, from Melbourne.
3 Hhds. Brandy, 158 gallons, under proof, Warehoused by J. Smith & Co., 2nd March, 1847, ex Sir John Bray, from Sydney.
6 Tierces and 4 kegs manufactured Tobacco, 3540 lbs., Warehoused by R. Waitt, 23rd January, 1846, ex Bee, from Sydney.
1 Case Cigars, 93¼ lbs., Warehoused by R. Waitt, 14th May, 1846, ex Cecilia, from Sydney.
39 Kegs and 1 half-keg manufactured Tobacco, 877 lbs., Warehoused by W. M. Bannatyne, 24th October, 1846, ex Ariel, from Sydney.

NOTICE.
THE PARTNERSHIP Heretofore subsisting between the undersigned as Printers and Newspaper Proprietors, is this day dissolved by mutual consent so far as relates to the undersigned William Edward Vincent. All debts due to the late firm are to be paid to the undersigned Thomas McKenzie, James Muir, and George Fellingham.
