By direction of the Superintending Committee of the Wellington Savings Bank, I do myself the honour to lay before your Excellency the subjoined report of that institution for the past year, with the request of the Committee that your Excellency will be pleased to cause them to be published in the “Government Gazette” for general information, or that can be done consistently with other arrangements.
