Coals for Paupers and Pauper Funeral attendance

To remand care, to include every expense.

Sweeping Office Chimnies.

The Chimnies will require to be swept every two months during the six months ending the 30th October, 1850. The tender should state the amount for which the services will be executed for the full term.

Further particulars with reference to either of the above mentioned services may be obtained on application at this Office.

Each service should be tendered for separately, and the tender should be endorsed accordingly.

PRINTING.

Colonial Secretary’s Office,
Wellington, 6th December, 1849.

TENDERS will be received at this Office on or before the 1st February next, for the Printing which may be required within this Province between that date and the 31st December, 1850. The Printing will be divided into three separate contracts, viz.:

  1. For Government Gazette.
  2. Bills and Ordinances of Council.
  3. Official Forms, Returns, &c.

and should be tendered for accordingly.

The conditions under which these contracts will be entered into may be ascertained on application at this Office, where also may be obtained copies of form of tender and any particulars with regard to the description and number of Forms likely to be required.

STATIONERY.

Colonial Secretary’s Office,
Wellington, 6th December, 1849.

IN order to afford Persons tendering to supply the Stationery required by Government an opportunity of obtaining it from England, and thus supplying it at a cheaper rate, and of a better quality than can be procured in the Colonies—the Government has extended the period for Stationery contracts.

NOTICE is HEREBY GIVEN, that Tenders for the undernentioned Articles will be received at this Office, on or before the 20th inst., for their supply, in such quantities as may be required during the twelve months ending the 31st December, 1851, the Contract running on indefinitely at the same rates, but with a power reserved to the Government of terminating it, by giving the Contractor three months' notice, any time after the expiration of the first three months of the Contract.

Security will be required for the due fulfilment of the contract, and the Articles supplied will, if not according to sample, be returned.
