COURT OF REQUESTS.
Notice is hereby given that Robert Roger Strang, Esquire, Deputy Registrar, of the said Court, at his office in the Court-House, Mulgrave-street, Wellington, requires all creditors to come in and prove their debts before him, or in default thereof they will be peremptorily excluded from all benefit arising from the said estate.

SUPREME COURT.
Notice is hereby given, That a Sitting of the Supreme Court, for the despatch of Criminal business, will be holden at the Court House, Wellington, on Wednesday, the first day of December, next, at Ten o'clock in the forenoon, at which time and place all persons under recognizances to appear either as Prosecutors, Defendants, or Witnesses, are required to give their attendance.

A Special Meeting of the Justices of the Peace for this District, will be holden at the Resident Magistrate's Court, Wellington, on Tuesday the seventh day of December next, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of receiving applications for the transfer of Publicans' Licenses.
