THE Superintendent directs it to be notified that the Gold-mining Leases hereinafter described have been cancelled, viz.:—

COLLINGWOOD DISTRICT.

Lease No. 739, dated 1st October, 1875, containing four acres, more or less, and granted to Douglas M'Arthur, of Collingwood.

BULLER DISTRICT.

Lease No. 641, dated 1st October, 1874, containing sixteen acres and two roods, more or less, and granted to Charles Flannery and others, of Mokihinui.
Lease No. 643, dated 1st October, 1874, containing five acres and one rood, more or less, and granted to William Pratt and others, of Westport.
Lease No. 640, dated 1st October, 1874, containing sixteen acres and two roods, more or less, and granted to John Gilmer and others, of Westport.

LYELL DISTRICT.

Lease No. 259, dated 1st January, 1872, containing ten acres, more or less, and granted to Pasquelli Franconi, of Lyell.
Lease No. 700, dated 1st July, 1875, containing ten acres, more or less, and granted to Louis Roulett and others, of Lyell.

INANGAHUA DISTRICT.

Lease No. 18 R, dated 1st October, 1872, containing six acres, more or less, and granted to the Newington Gold-mining Company, Registered.
Lease No. 37 R, dated 1st January, 1873, containing four acres, more or less, and granted to Arthur Grant and others.
Lease No. 74 R, dated 1st July, 1873, containing six acres two roods thirty-three perches, more or less, and granted to Thomas Baxter and others.
Lease No. 27 R, dated 1st January, 1873, containing twelve acres one rood twenty perches, more or less, and granted to Henry Ellis and others.
Lease No. 16 R, dated 1st October, 1872, containing six acres two roods seventeen perches, more or less, and granted to Thomas Cox and others.
Lease No. 29 R, dated 1st January, 1878, containing seven acres one rood twenty-seven perches, more or less, and granted to Thomas Naysmith and others for the Prince of Wales Gold-mining Company.
Lease No. 102 R, dated 1st April, 1874, containing fifteen acres and three acres and three perches, more or less, and granted to John Trennery for the United Consols Gold-mining Company.
Lease No. 105 R, dated 1st April, 1874, containing ten acres, more or less, and granted to Frank Mathias and others for the Try Again Gold-mining Company.
Lease No. 133 R, dated 1st July, 1874, containing five acres two roods twenty-three perches, more or less, and granted to William Lynch and others,

Lease No. 136 R, dated 1st July, 1874, containing ten acres one rood twenty-three perches, more or less, and granted to J. W. Munson and others for the Paragon Gold-mining Company.
Lease No. 173 R, dated 1st January, 1875, containing ten acres, more or less, and granted to Don Pedro Anderson for the Golden Sovereign Company.
Lease No. 115 R, dated 1st July, 1874, and granted to David Isaacs for the National Gold-mining Company.
Lease No. 109 R, dated 1st July, 1874, containing ten acres, more or less, and granted to J. J. Aiken and others for the Surprise Company.
Lease No. 116 R, dated 1st July, 1874, containing sixteen acres and two roods, more or less, and granted to William Morris and others for the Inverness Company.
Lease No. 114 R, dated 1st July, 1874, containing thirteen acres two roods twenty-four perches, more or less, and granted to T. S. Parry and others for the Golden Era Company.
Lease No. 147 R, dated 1st July, 1874, and granted to J. G. Walsh for the Southern Cross Company.
Lease No. 144 R, dated 1st July, 1874, containing fourteen acres three roods seventeen perches, more or less, and granted to H. G. Hankin and others for the Ulster Company.
Lease No. 121 R, dated 1st July, 1874, and granted to J. J. Taylor for the Excelsior Company.
