GREY DISTRICT.

A block of Land containing ten acres, more or less, situated at Cariboo Creek, Grey Valley. Applied for by Luke Morris.

INANGAHUA DISTRICT.

A block of Land containing four acres three roods and sixteen perches, more or less, situated at Redman\'s Creek, Boatman\'s, Inangahua. Applied for by John Quillimane and James Quillimane.

BULLER DISTRICT.

A block of Land containing nine acres three roods and thirteen perches, more or less, situate at Christmas Terrace, Buller, No. 198, B. Applied for by William Kymbrell and others.

THE SUPERINTENDENT directs it to be notified that he has refused to grant Agricultural Leases of the blocks of Land hereinafter described :

BULLER DISTRICT.

  1. A block of Land containing fifty-two acres two roods and thirty-one perches, more or less, situated at Wilson\'s Lead, Addison\'s, No. 86, B. Applied for by Patrick Kane.

  2. A block of Land containing ninety-one acres three roods and twenty perches, more or less, situated on the east side of Onamu Creek, and south of the Buller River, No. 38, B. Applied for by George Robert Lamplough, of Addison\'s.

  3. A block of Land containing one hundred and nineteen acres and three roods, more or less, situated at Island Creek, south side of Buller River, No 39, B. Applied for by Charles Weitzel, of Charleston.

  4. A block of Land containing one hundred and twenty-six acres and six perches, more or less, situated at the Buller Overflow, between the Nine-mile Road and the Buller River, No. 28 B. Applied for by George Lamplough, of Addison\'s.

  5. A block of Land, containing one hundred and two acres, two roods and thirty-five perches, more or less, situated at the Nine-mile Road, near the Buller Overflow, No. 72 B. Applied for by Charles Christie, of Westport.

  6. A block of Land, containing one hundred and thirty-two acres and twenty-seven perches, more or less, situated between Nine-mile Road and Buller River, No. 31 B. Applied for by Thomas Watson, of Westport.

  7. A block of Land containing fifty-one acres and twelve perches, more or less, situated at Coal Creek, between the Buller River and Nine-mile Road, No. 30 B. Applied for by John Corr, of Westport.

  8. A block of Land containing fifty acres and twenty-eight perches, more or less, situated near the Punt Reserve, Nine-mile Ferry, Buller River, No. 70 B. Applied for by J. W. McLeod, of Nine-mile Ferry.

CHARLESTON DISTRICT.

A block of Land containing thirty-three acres three roods and twenty-seven perches, more or less, situated at Town Lead, Charleston. Applied for by Edward Drennan, of Charleston.

Wilkins and others, and executed by the Band of Hope Goldmining Company, Registered, Reefton : Area—10 acres 1 rood, and 39 perches; situated on Shiels\' line of reef, Murray Creek, Inangahua.
