THE SUPERINTENDENT directs it to be notified that he has cancelled the Goldmining Leases hereinafter described, viz.:—

BULLER DISTRICT.

Lease No. 173 B., dated 1st January 1874, granted to DAVID REVE and others. Area—Nine Acres, Three Roods, and Nineteen Perches, more or less, situated at Christmas Terrace.

INANGAHUA DISTRICT.

Lease No. 61 B. dated 1st January, 1872, granted to JOHN TRENNERY for the "Dan O'Connell Gold-mining Company." Area—Ten Acres, Two Roods, and Thirty-nine Perches, more or less, situate at Murray Creek, Inangahua.

Nelson, 7th April, 1875.

THE SUPERINTENDENT directs it to be notified that he has refused to grant a Gold-mining Lease, applied for by ROBERT TAPLEY, Manager of "Larry's Creek Gold-mining Company, Limited," of the block of Land hereinafter described, viz.:—

A block of land containing Seven Acres, One Rood, and Thirteen Perches, more or less, situate at Larry's Creek, Inangahua.

THE SUPERINTENDENT directs it to be notified that it is intended, after the expiration of two months from the date hereof, to grant a lease for Gold-mining purposes of the Crown Lands within the district of the Nelson South-west Goldfields hereinafter described, viz.:—

LYELL DISTRICT.

A block of Land containing ten acres and three roods, more or less, situated at the north of Lyell Creek, and south-west of Zala Town. Applied for by Thomas Eli Chichester, for the Rose, Thistle, and Shamrock Company.
