NOTICE is hereby given that the transfer to HANS LARSEN of the protection granted to WALTER ABERNETHY for a Punt Ferry across the Buller River, at the end of Bentham Street, Westport, and published in the Nelson Government Gazette No. 16, of the 31st March, 1874, has been authorised.

THE SUPERINTENDENT directs it to be notified that it is intended, after the expiration of two months from the date hereof, to grant a Lease for Gold-mining purposes of the Crown Lands within the district of the Nelson South-west Goldfields, hereinafter described, viz :β
BULLER DISTRICT.
- A block of land containing four acres three roods and thirty-nine perches, more or less, situated at St. John's Terrace, Addison's. Applied for by THOMAS J. EKLESS, No. 748.

COLLINGWOOD DISTRICT.
Lease No. 521, containing two acres two roods and thirty perches, more or less, dated 1st January, 1874, and granted to WALTER SHAW, of Collingwood.
Lease No. 522, containing four acres, more or less, dated 1st January, 1874, and granted to ROBERT EDWARDS, FREDERICK TAYLOR, and JOHN ROBINSON.
INANGAHUA DISTRICT.
Lease No. 68 B, containing twelve acres, more or less, dated 1st January, 1872, and granted to CHRISTOPHER MACE and others for the Pioneer Gold-mining Company.
