BYE-LAWS OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NELSON.

Made under the provisions of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1867, and Acts amending the same.

IN pursuance of section 181 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1867, and of the Acts amending the same, the Council of the City of Nelson ordains as follows (that is to say) :—

  1. The Council of the City of Nelson hereby adopts for this City all the sub-divisions contained in the thirteenth schedule to "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1867."

  2. All Bye-laws and Regulations and parts of Bye-laws and Regulations heretofore in force in and for the said City of Nelson which are inconsistent with or repugnant to the provisions of the said thirteenth schedule are hereby repealed.

Passed by the said Council this 20th day of June, 1874. The Seal of the Corporation has been affixed hereto, this 27th day of June, 1874, pursuant to specal order of Council.
