All Notifications which appear in this Gazette with any Official Signature thereunto annexed are to be considered as Official Communications made to those Persons to whom they relate, and are to be obeyed accordingly.

IN exercise of the power in me for this purpose vested by the Bankruptcy Act 1867, and the Bankruptcy Act Amendment Acts 1868, 1870.
I hereby appoint that the Newspaper published at Reefton, called
"THE INANGAHUA HERALD,"
shall be the Gazette for the purpose of the said Acts from and after the First day of February next, for such part of the Judicial District of Nelson appointed under the Supreme Court Act 1860, as is included within the boundary following:β
Commencing at the summit of Mount Faraday, thence by a straight line to the junction of the Ohikanui and Buller Rivers, thence by the Eastern Watershed of the Papahaua Mountains to a point due West of Mount Owen, thence by a straight line to the summit of Mount Owen, thence by a straight line to the junction of the Buller and Roto-roa Rivers, thence by a straight line to the summit of Mount Princess, thence by a straight line drawn in the direction of the Saddle between the Hurunui and Teramakau Rivers to a point due East (magnetic) of Mount Gore, thence by a straight line to the summit of Mount Gore, thence by a straight line to the Watershed between the Rivers Inangahua and Mawheraiti to the Saddle between the said rivers, thence by a straight line to the summit of Mount Faraday, the commencing point.
Given under my hand at Nelson, this Second day of January, 1873.
