IT is hereby notified that
SIR DAVID MONRO
has been appointed a Trustee for the Management of the Public Cemetery, Nelson, in the place of William Charles Hodgson, resigned.

IT is hereby notified that it is intended, after the expiration of two months from the date hereof, to GRANT LEASES for Gold-mining purposes of the Crown Land within the District of the Nelson Southwest Goldfields, hereinafter described, viz:β€”

BULLER DISTRICT.

  1. A block of land containing Seven acres one rood and four perches, more or less, situated at Christmas Terrace. Applied for by William Farrell and others. (No. 169B.)

  2. A block of land containing Nine acres two roods and twenty-three perches, more or less, situated between Rochfort's and Hatter's Terraces. Applied for by Frederick Heisse and others. (No. 171B.)

  3. A block of land containing Nine acres three roods and nineteen perches, more or less, situated between Christmas and Hatter's Terraces. Applied for by David Reeve and others. (No. 174B.)

  4. A block of land containing Two acres one rood and twenty-four perches, more or less, situated at Christmas Terrace. Applied for by Richard Pennefathor. (No. 174D.)

  5. A block of land containing Three acres and thirty-three perches, more or less, situated at German terrace. Applied for by Andrew Douthett and others. (No. 175B.)

  6. A block of land containing Nine acres one rood and six perches, more or less, situated at Rochfort Terrace. Applied for by John Mees and another. (No. 176B.)
