- NGA TIMOTI.
On the North by the Pangatotara sub-district;
West by Karamea river; South by Upper
Motueka Road Board district; East by a line
from the western angle of section 63, square
3, to the north-west boundary of section 25,
thence by the north-west boundary of sections
25, 23, and 101, to the western angle of
section 101; thence by the western boundary
of sections 23, 52, 36, 37, 38, and 40, to the
division line of sections 40 and 41; thence in
a straight line to the southern angle of section
69; thence by the southern boundary of
sections 69 and 49, to the Motueka river;
thence by the Motueka river to the boundary
of the Upper Motueka Road Board district.
- ORONOKO.
On the North partly by the Pangatotara sub-
district, and partly by the Nga Timoti sub-
district; on the East partly by the Motueka
Road Board district, and partly by the
Moutere Road Board district; on the South
by the Waimea and Upper Motueka Road
Board districts; and on the West by the
Nga Timoti sub-district.
And each such sub-district shall elect two members
of the Board for the district.

Public Seal of the Province, at Nelson, this
Thirtieth day of June, in the year of our Lord
One thousand eight hundred and seventy-

WHEREAS at a meeting of the Moutere Road
Board held at the Moutere on the 7th day of
December, 1872, an order was made by the said Board
under the provisions of \"The Highway Boards En-
powering Act 1871,\" directing the alteration of certain
Roads within the Moutere district, as described in the
notice issued by order of the Board, and published in
the Nelson Provincial Government Gazette, No. 31,
of the 28th September, 1872.
NOW THEREFORE, I, Oswald Curtis, Superintendent
of the Province of Nelson, hereby give notice that the
said order will be taken into consideration together
with any objections that may have been made (if any)
at the Superintendent\'s Office, Nelson, on Monday
the 14th day of July instant.
