IT is hereby notified that it is intended, after the expiration of Two months from the date hereof, to GRANT Leases, for Gold-mining purposes, of the Crown Land within the District of the Nelson South-west Goldfields, hereinafter described, viz.β
BULLER DISTRICT.

A block of land, containing Ten acres, more or less, situated at Addison's Flat. Applied for by Hugh Moran and others.

A block of land, containing Ten acres, more or less, situated at Caroline Terrace, between Addison's Flat and Buller Roads. Applied for by Thomas Meredith and others.

A block of land, containing Fifteen acres three roods and fourteen perches, more or less, situated at Cascado Creek, Buller River. Applied for by Charles Findt and others.

A block of land, containing Two acres, more or less, situated at German Terrace. Applied for by Henry Erickson and others.

A block of land, containing Twelve acres, more or less, situated at Maori Creek, Mokihinui. Applied for by J. H. Gibson and others.

A block of land, containing Ten acres, more or less, situated at Rochfort Terrace. Applied for by Robert Barclay and others.

IT is hereby notified that the Superintendent has REFUSED to grant a Gold-mining Lease, applied for by John O'Rourke and others, of a block of land containing Eleven acres two roods and twenty-four perches, more or less, situated at Caroline Terrace, Addison's Flat, Buller District.
