I, THE UNDERSIGNED, PATRICK BRENNAN hereby make application to register the BAND OF HOPE GOLDMINING COMPANY, registered, under the provisions of the Mining Companies Limited Liability Acts, 1869, 1870, and 1871; and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

The name and style of the Company is the Band of Hope Goldmining Company, Registered.
The place of operations is on Shiel's Line of Reef, Murray Creek, Province of Nelson.
The nominal capital of the Company is thirty thousand pounds, in twelve thousand shares of two pounds ten shillings each.
The amount already paid-up in cash is nil. The amount given to shareholders is eighteen thousand pounds, being the estimated value of the claim.
The name of the manager is Patrick Brennan.
The office of the Company is at Reefton, in the Province of Nelson.
The names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date are as follows:—

The place of operations is on Kelly's Line of Reef, Murray Creek, Province of Nelson.
The nominal capital of the Company is sixteen thousand pounds, in eight thousand shares of two pounds each.
The amount already paid-up is twelve thousand pounds, being the value of the claim and of work done thereon.
The name of the manager is Patrick Brennan.
The office of the Company is at Reefton, in the Province of Nelson.
