I, THE UNDERSIGNED, WILLIAM MCLEAN, hereby make application to register the NORTH BRITISH GOLD-MINING COMPANY, under the provisions of the Limited Liability Act, 1865; and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

The name and style of the Company is the North British Gold-Mining Company, Registered.

The place of operations is at Sheild's Line, Murray Creek, in the Province of Nelson.

The nominal capital of the Company is ten thousand pounds in ten thousand shares of one pound each.

The amount already paid-up is five thousand pounds.

The name of the manager is William McLean.

The office of the Company is on the ground aforesaid.
