NELSON GOVERNMENT GAZETTE.
I, THE undersigned, PATRICK BRENNAN, hereby make application to Register the ROYAL STANDARD GOLDMINING COMPANY, REGISTERED, under the provisions of the Mining Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865, and the Mining Companies Limited Liability Acts Amendment Acts, 1869, 1870, and 1871, and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my knowledge and belief, true in every particular, namely:—
- The name and style of the Company is the Royal Standard Goldmining Company, Registered.
- The place of intended operations is Nos. 5 and 6 South, Anderson's line of reef, near Black's Point, on the Inangahua River, in the Province of Nelson.
- The nominal Capital of the Company is Twelve thousand pounds, in twenty-four thousand shares of ten shillings each.
- The amount of capital already paid-up in cash is nil, in paid-up shares given to shareholders is eight thousand pounds, being the estimated value of the claim, and work done thereon.
- The name of the Manager is Patrick Brennan.
- The office of the Company is at Reefton, in the Province of Nelson.
- The names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as follows:—

I, THE undersigned, HENRY GEORGE HANKIN, hereby make application to Register the INVINCIBLE GOLDMINING COMPANY, REGISTERED, under the provisions of the Mining Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865, and the Mining Companies Limited Liability Acts Amendment Acts, 1869, 1870, and 1871, and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my knowledge and belief, true in every particular, namely:—
- The name and style of the Company is the Invincible Goldmining Company, Registered.
- The place of intended operations is at Anderson's line of reef, Inangahua, in the Province of Nelson, Colony of New Zealand.
- The nominal Capital of the Company is Twenty-one thousand pounds sterling, in twelve thousand shares of thirty-five shillings sterling each.
- The amount already paid up is twelve thousand pounds sterling, being the estimated value of the claim, and accepted by the original shareholders in partly paid-up shares.
- The name of the Manager is Henry George Hankin.
- The office of the Company is at Reefton, in the Province of Nelson.
