April 23, 1872.
IT is hereby notified that the Superintendent has refused to grant the Goldmining Lease applied for by Thomas Butterworth, of the block of land hereinafter described, viz :β
A block of land containing three acres more or less
situated at German Terrace, Buller district.
(No 101, B).

IT is hereby notified that it is intended after the expiration of two months from the date hereof to grant Leases for Goldmining purposes of the Crown Land within the district of the Nelson South-west Goldfields, hereinafter described, viz :β

A block of land containing four acres three roods and twelve perches, more or less, situated at Caledonian Terrace, Buller district, applied for by Kenneth McLeod and Pierre Bossard. (No. 90, B).

A block of land containing five acres, more or less, situated at Waite's Pakihis, Buller district, applied for by John Robinson and others. (No. 92, B).

A block of land containing three acres, more or less, situated at Addison's Flat, Buller district, applied for by Daniel O'Sullivan (No. 123, B.)

A block of land containing six acres and two roods, more or less, situated at Caledonian Terrace, Buller district, applied for by Thomas Jamieson and others. (No. 145, B).

A block of land containing two acres more or less, situated at Caledonian Terrace, Buller district, applied for by John Braithwaite. No. 146, B).
