PROCLAMATION.
By his Honor OSWALD CURTIS, Superintendent of the Province of Nelson, in the Islands of New Zealand.
WHEREAS, by a certain Proclamation, bearing date the Third day of August, 1867, and issued under my hand as Superintendent of the Province of Nelson, certain Districts were proclaimed under the Provisions of "The Country Roads Act, 1856," to be Road Districts for the purposes of the said Act: And whereas it is expedient to alter and amend the Boundaries therein described of the Districts of
SUBURBAN NORTH,
PANGATOTARA, and
UPPER MOTUEKA:
Now, therefore, I, OSWALD CURTIS, Superintendent of the Province of Nelson, by virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities in me vested in that behalf, do hereby REVOKE such portions of the above-mentioned Proclamation as relate to the Boundaries of the Districts of Suburban North, Pangatotara, and Upper Motueka, and DECLARE and PROCLAIM that from and after this date, the Boundaries of the Districts above-named shall be as follows:—
DISTRICT OF SUBURBAN NORTH.
By a straight line from the point of land between Oananga and Omakau, at high-water mark, Tasman Bay, to the summit of the Castor Peak; thence, southerly, along the top of the range, being the boundary between the Provinces of Nelson and Marlborough, to the northern summit of the Saddle Hill; thence by a straight line, to the northern angle of Section 21, Square 23, and along the eastern and southern boundaries of the said section, the northern boundary of Section 31, Maitai, the northern and north-western boundaries of Section 25, Square 23, the south-western boundary of Section 29, Square 23; thence along the south-eastern boundary of Section 1, Suburban North, to its southern angle,
