IT is hereby notified that it is intended, after the expiration of two months from the date hereof, to grant Leases for Goldmining purposes of the Crown Land within the District of the Nelson South-west Goldfields, hereinafter described, viz.:—
- A block of land, containing ten acres, situated at Murray's Creek, Buller district. Applied for by Adam Smith and others.

IT is hereby notified that it is intended, after the expiration of two months from the date hereof, to grant Leases for Goldmining purposes of the Crown Land within the District of the Nelson South-west Goldfields, hereinafter described, viz.:—
- A block of land, containing ten acres and thirty-two perches, situated at Nuggety Creek, Wangapeka. Applied for by George Elliott and others.

A block of land, containing three acres, more or less, situated at Argyle Terrace, Charleston. Applied for by Robert Larkin and William Fitzgerald.

A block of land, containing three acres, more or less, situated at Red Jacket Flat, near Brighton. Applied for by John Guthrie and others.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Superintendent has refused to grant a Goldmining Lease applied for by Louis Davies, for the land hereinafter described, viz.:—
A block of land, containing sixteen acres and two roods, more or less, situated at Anderson's Creek, Inangahua.
