NOTICE is hereby given, in accordance with the provisions of the Goldmining Lease Regulations, that the undermentioned Goldmining Leases are declared forfeited, viz.β

Lease, dated 1st April, 1870, to E. H. Dobson, Manager Tawera Company, of sixteen acres two roods four perches of land, situated at Moonlight Creek, Grey District.

Lease, dated 1st April, 1870, to James Wylde, Manager Sunrise Company, of sixteen acres two roods four perches of land, situated at Moonlight Creek, Grey District.

Lease, dated 1st April, 1870, to James Wylde, Manager Coal Gorge Company, of sixteen acres, two roods four perches of land, situated at Langdon's Creek, Grey District.

Lease, dated 1st April, 1870, to William Perkins, Manager Band of Hope Company, of sixteen acres two roods four perches of land, situated at Moonlight Creek, Grey District.
