Superintendent's Office, Nelson,
12th September, 1870.

IT is hereby notified that it is intended, after the expiration of two months from the date hereof, to grant Leases for Goldmining purposes of the Crown Land within the district of the Golden Bay Goldfields, hereinafter described, viz.:β€”

  1. A block of land, containing sixteen acres, more or less, situated at Appo's Creek, Collingwood. Applied for by Frederick Jenkins, Christchurch.

  2. A block of land, containing eight acres, more or less, situated at Appo's Creek, Collingwood. Applied for by George Druggan and others.

  1. A block of land, containing nine acres three roods and twelve perches, more or less, situated at Irishman's Creek, Lyell. Applied for John Munro, Westport.
