PROCLAMATION.
By his Honor OSWALD CURTIS, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Nelson, in the Islands of New Zealand, &c. &c. &c.
BY virtue and in exercise of the power and authority vested in me by "The Superintendent's Deputy Act 1866," I, OSWALD CURTIS, Superintendent of the Province of Nelson, do hereby appoint
HENRY ADAMS,
of the City of Nelson, Esquire, to be Deputy-Superintendent of the said Province of Nelson, and as my Deputy to do, perform, and exercise all the acts, powers, and authorities which may by law be performed by such Deputy-Superintendent.
Given under my hand, and issued under the Public Seal of the Province of Nelson, this Twenty-eighth day of June, One thousand eight hundred and seventy.
