Nelson, 29th November, 1869.
IT is hereby notified that it is intended, after the expiration of Two Months from the date hereof, to grant Leases for Gold-mining purposes of the Crown Land within the District of the Nelson South-west Goldfields, hereinafter described viz.:β
-
A Block of Land containing Three Acres and Twenty-four Perches, more or less, situated at Daylesford Terrace, Brighton, applied for by MICHAEL O'BRIEN.

A Block of Land containing Two Acres Two Roods and Seven Perches, more or less, situated at Four Mile Terrace, Charleston, applied for by MICHAEL FLANNAGAN and others.

A Block of Land containing Sixteen Acres and Two Roods, more or less, situated at Moonlight Creek, Grey District, applied for by the "BAND OF HOPE QUARTZ-MINING COMPANY REGISTERED," William Perkins, Manager.
