IT is hereby notified for general information that
GEORGE WILLIAM SCHRODER,
has been appointed District Constable, Amuri, in place of ROBERT MALCOLM, resigned.

IT is hereby notified that it is intended, after the expiration of Two Months from the date hereof, to Grant Leases for Gold Mining Purposes of the Crown Land within the District of the Nelson South-West Goldfields, hereinafter described, viz :β€”

  1. A Block of Land containing Ten Acres, more or less, situated on the North Beach, Cobden, applied for by HENRY REVELL, Cobden.

  2. A Block of Land containing Ten Acres, more or less, situated on the North Beach, Cobden, applied for by BARKER DODSWORTH.

IT is hereby notified that it is intended, after the expiration of Two Months from the date hereof, to grant Leases for Gold Mining Purposes of the Crown Lands within the District of the Nelson South-West Goldfields, hereinafter described, viz :β€”

  1. A Block of Land containing Seven Acres, more or less, situated at Shamrock Lead, Addison's, in the Buller district, applied for by DOMINICK GALLAGHER and others, (Excelsior Gold Mining Company.)

  2. A Block of Land containing Seven Acres, more or less, situated between the Shamrock Lead and the Totara River, Buller district, applied for by JOHN CLEAR and others, (Homeward-bound Mining Company.)

  3. A Block of Land containing Seven Acres, more or less, situated between the Shamrock Lead and the Totara River, Buller district, applied for by JOHN O'ROURKE and others, (Golden Hope Mining Company.)

  4. A Block of Land containing Seven Acres, more or less, situated at the south end of Shamrock Lead, Addison's, Buller district, applied for by NEAL DOUGHERTY and others, (Emerald Gold Mining Company.)
