NELSON GOVERNMENT GAZETTE.
Nelson, July 3rd, 1869.
A NEW EDUCATION DISTRICT, to be called
the District of DOVEDALE, is hereby con-
stituted, the boundaries whereof are as follows:—
On the East, a line starting from the South-
Eastern angle of Section 96, Square 2,
running the North-Eastern angle of Section
138, on the same Square, and thence to the
South-Eastern angle of Section 19, Square 3.
On the North, the Education District of
Ngatimoti.
On the West, a line drawn from the South-West
angle of Section 58, Square 7, to the South-
West angle of Section 89, Square 6.
On the South, a line drawn from the South-West
angle of Section 89, to the South-East
angle of Section 96, on Square 2.

THE Chief Judge of the Native Land Court has
revoked the license as Interpreter in this
Court issued to ALFRED EDMONDS on the 5th day of
April, 1868.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership
for some time past carried on by Messieurs
JUDAH MYERS and SIEGMOND COHEN, under the firm
or style of "MYERS and COHEN," as Merchants and
Storekeepers, at Motueka, in the Province of Nelson,
in the Colony of New Zealand, was this day dissolved
by mutual consent, and the business will henceforth
be carried on by the said JUDAH MYERS alone and
in his name; and the said JUDAH MYERS is authorised
to discharge all Debts and receive all Credits on
account of the said partnership concern.
As Witness our hands this Twenty-fifth day of
June, 1869,
