HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint

JOHN HENRY LOWE, Esq.,

to be Returning Officer for the Grey District, for the election of Members of the Provincial Council of the Province of Nelson.

This appointment to take effect on and from the First day of April next.

This appointment to take effect on and from the First day of April next.
