IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, NELSON DISTRICT.
In the matter of the "Debtors and Creditors Acts, 1862, 1865, and 1866," and in the matter of the petition of JOSEPH MOSS and REUBEN HARRIS, of Brighton, in the Province of Nelson, New Zealand, Commission Agents.
NOTICE is hereby given that by order of his Honor EDWARD CLARKE, Esquire, Judge of the District Court of Westland North, dated the 11th day of February, instant, the hearing of this petition was adjourned to Tuesday the 7th day of April next, at the Court-House, Westport, and it was ordered that a meeting of the Creditors of the said Petitioners be held at the Court-House, at Hokitika, on the 2nd day of March next at ten o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of recommending a Trustee, and the best mode of winding up the estate.
