IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF WESTLAND NORTH.
In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of STEPHEN THOMAS BRENT, of Westport, in the Province of Nelson, in New Zealand, Timber Merchant.
NOTICE is hereby given, that by a Deed, bearing date the 5th day of February instant, made between the said STEPHEN THOMAS BRENT, of the first part, and ARTHUR BEAUCHAMP, of Westport, aforesaid, Auctioneer, and JAMES POWELL, of the same place, Creditors of the said STEPHEN THOMAS BRENT, of the second part, and the several other Creditors of the said STEPHEN THOMAS BRENT, of the third part: The said STEPHEN THOMAS BRENT conveyed and assigned all and singular the real and personal estate therein described, unto the said ARTHUR BEAUCHAMP and JAMES POWELL, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, upon certain trusts, for the benefit of all the Creditors of the said STEPHEN THOMAS BRENT. And notice is hereby further given, that the said Deed was duly executed by the said STEPHEN THOMAS BRENT, on the said 8th day February instant, in the presence of, and the same is attested by, HARRY PITT, of Westport, a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, and that the same Deed was duly filed in this Court, and the same may forthwith be executed by all the Creditors of the said STEPHEN THOMAS BRENT.

NOTICE is hereby given, that SAMUEL PAYNE, late of Mokihinui, in the Province of Nelson, New Zealand, Storekeeper (at present confined in Her Majesty's Gaol for debt), has, this day, filed, in this Court, a declaration of his insolvency.

NOTICE is hereby given, that by a Deed, bearing date the 13th day of February, instant, made between the said HENRY HARRISON, of the first part, and THOMAS ANSLOW, of Westport, in the Province of Nelson, aforesaid, Auctioneer, and ROBERT ALCORN, of the same place, Merchant, Creditors of the said HENRY HARRISON, of the second part, and the several other Creditors of the said HENRY HARRISON, of the third part: The said HENRY HARRISON conveyed and assigned all and singular the real and personal estate therein described unto the said THOMAS ANSLOW and ROBERT ALCORN, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, upon certain trusts, for the benefit of all the Creditors of the said HENRY HARRISON: And notice is hereby further given, that the said Deed was duly executed by the said HENRY HARRISON, on the said Thirteenth day of February instant, in the presence of, and the same is attested by, HARRY PITT, of Westport, a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, and that the same Deed was, this day, duly filed in this Court, and the same may forthwith be executed by all Creditors of the said HENRY HARRISON.
