PROCLAMATION.

By his Honor OSWALD CURTIS, Esquire,
Superintendent of the Province of
Nelson, in the Islands of New Zea-
land, &c., &c., &c.

I, OSWALD CURTIS, Superintendent of the Province of Nelson, in exercise of the power and authority in me vested in that behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Building now used as a PUBLIC GAOL, situated at the Town of Westport, in the said Province, shall be deemed and taken to be a PUBLIC GAOL of the Colony of New Zealand.

Given under my hand, and issued under the Public Seal of the Province of Nelson, this 2nd day of December, in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and sixty eight.

REGISTRATION UNDER THE MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS ACT.

Nelson, 30th Nov., 1868.

ALL MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS who have not yet Registered their Names and Qualifications, are requested to do so IMMEDIATELY, in order that they may duly appear in the Official Register to be issued by the Medical Board in the month of December.
