IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF WESTLAND NORTH, HOLDEN AT WESTPORT, IN BANKRUPTCY.
In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of MICHAEL ROCHE, of Brighton, in the Province of Nelson, and Colony of New Zealand, Storekeeper.
NOTICE is hereby given, that by a deed bearing date the 7th day of November, 1868, and made between the said MICHAEL ROCHE, of the first part; ROBERT ECCLESFIELD, of Hokitika, in the County of Westland, in the said Colony, Merchant; and FREDERICK WILLIAM SHIELE, of Brighton, above-mentioned, storekeeper, of the second part, and, all and singular the person and persons to whom the said MICHAEL ROCHE was in any manner indebted for or upon any account whatsoever, and whose names and seals are thereunto set and affixed of the third part; the said MICHAEL ROCHE conveyed and assigned all, and singular his personal estate and effects unto the said ROBERT ECCLESFIELD and FREDERICK WILLIAM SHIELE, their executors, administrators, and assigns upon trust for the benefit of all the creditors of the said MICHAEL ROCHE: And notice is hereby further given that the said deed was duly executed by the said MICHAEL ROCHE, in the presence of and is attested by EDWARD KING TYLER, of Westport, in the Province of Nelson, and Colony of New Zealand, a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, and that the said deed is also executed by the said ROBERT ECCLESFIELD and FREDERICK WILLIAM SHIELE: And notice is hereby further given, that the said deed was duly filed in the District Court of Westland North, holden at Westport, on Saturday, the 7th day of November, 1868.

In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and "The Bankruptcy Act Amendment Act, 1868," and in the matter of HENRY BRADLEY, of Westport, in the Province of Nelson, and Colony of New Zealand, Publican, Bankrupt.
NOTICE is hereby given, that this Honorable Court did this day adjudge the above-named HENRY BRADLEY, Bankrupt, appoint a first meeting of his Creditors to be held, and prescribe Wednesday, the Twenty-fifth day of November instant, at Eleven o'clock in the Forenoon, at the office of FRANCIS HARRIS, Esquire, Clerk of this Court, at the Court-house, at Westport above-mentioned, as the day, hour, and place of the said meeting.

NOTICE is hereby given, that DENNIS DOYLE, of Moonlight Creek, in the Province of Nelson, and Colony of New Zealand, Storekeeper, has this day filed in the above Court a declaration of his insolvency.
