IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF WESTLAND NORTH, IN ITS BANKRUPTCY JURISDICTION.
In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and "The Bankruptcy Act Amendment Act, 1868," and in the matter of JAMES HENRY GRAHAM.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the above-named JAMES HENRY GRAHAM was this day adjudicated Bankrupt: And, further, that the order of adjudication appoints a first meeting of the Creditors of the said JAMES HENRY GRAHAM, and prescribes Wednesday, the twenty-fifth day of November instant, at Twelve o'clock, noon, at the office of Francis Harris, Esquire, Westport, as the day, time and place for holding the same meeting.
Dated this 16th day of November, 1868.
